A Brazilian justice just ordered Apple and Google to ban not only X but also any VPN app. There’s also a $10k/day fine for any person using a VPN to access X. Unbelievable.
Citizens should be proud of Brazil gov .. they are opening the pathways to trustless web - #nostr ... No seriously .. more countries should follow the suite ..asap
As for privacy (aka VPN ) , they were the immune response to web of trust ( Google and Facebook being the prime KYC clerks ) .. in trustless web , anonymity is default choice !
