The teenagers made themselves some pancakes and settled around the kitchen table with lovingly sliced fruit, homemade chocolate sauce, and hot chocolate.

Even though we don’t have any strict screen-time rules, I don’t feel like they’re constantly glued to their phones. Instead, I notice them picking up on our active lifestyle and always finding things to do. Cooking, baking, reading, crafting, making things, training with the animals, and so on 🤍
