I know that many of you already know this, but I’m really amazed at how much of a difference it makes towards my mental health to get my heart rate above 130 for 20 minutes within an hour of waking ...
I wake up at 4 am to work out for an hour. It fucking sucks waking up and starting, but 30 minutes in you start feeling awesome. After that last rep, you do feel a sense of “the fuck can happen today that’s worse than that?” Lol
