Every time i skip breakfast and lunch i feel great, dinner is 100x more satisfying as well. Eating is a scam.
Absolutely agree, I have been an evening meal man for a long time. Only one thing trumps my choice here & I bet you can guess what one thing breaks that ye olde law?
