Politicians seem so stupid about so many things because they are. This isn't a criticism. There are many things I know little to nothing about.
The problem is that politicians have inserted themselve...
I like to think of them as a blank canvas, total psychopaths. Give them the right amount of money and align your vision with theirs and they'll paint the desired picture.
