@nprofile1q... if you have netflix, there's a cooking show on it called the Chef Show. I think it was the last episode of the first season where they bring on Christina Tosi from Milk Bar and she does a bunch of bakes. What I love about the episode is how infectious her passion is. She gets it that what people want from sweets is often rooted in nostalgia and comfort.
