you can also jar it before it solidifies and the decrystalize it next to a heat source for a day or two. That works also, just don’t want it to ever exceed 130-140° or so. Some people even use a hot water bath; same thing applies, just mind that it doesn’t get too hot or you kill a lot of the benefits of true raw honey.
