This is my point: If the WHO would publish to the IPFS there would be no doubt about the authenticity of their PUBLICATION.

There would still be debate about the way they collected their data, but the IPFS would evidence their commitment to credibility.

Debate is constructive, but lack of commitment to evidence authenticity is destructive.
