Definitely beats hand rolling.
A friend used to make pasta they'd sell at the farmers market, they moved away sadly.
You would not believe how horrible the hygiene is at most commercial pasta factor...
It was so easy and honestly pretty satisfying. Just adds an hour onto prep time
