no camera has the dynamic range to capture anything but sunspots because the sun is so bright....you need to watch an eclipse -- cameras can capture some of it, but you really need to see it for yours...
Sunspot activity / location doesn’t change much within hours or even days but does change in weeks and months reflecting the ~27 rotational period of the sun
