Every few weeks we go to this local bagel breakfast place because they make the bagels on-site and they are awesome. But unfortunately the eggs they serve are those pre-made egg-patties or whatever. What a shame. So close to perfection.

In Jersey there are many places that make the bagels AND cook fresh eggs on the grill. Can't beat that.
