everyone involved or with relation to them has to blame. we dont know yet the full story but if it is true that these two young suspects did this horrible thing because someone bullied them, then all of them were victims...

For me sis, first time offenders for rehab. If they will do it again dun na papasok ang jail time. Need parin kasi muna bigyan ng chance magbago baka need lang guidance.
