Interesting. I’d like to try it. I can always tell the difference between A1 and A2 dairy, so for me, if BCM-7 from A1 is present in the ghee then it does matter.

IMHO failing to advertise that it is A2 is a mistake imo because there’s a growing subset of A2 maxis that really want A2 dairy products.
