Why haven't you invited your friends and family to Nostr?
I'm not saying you should do that at all, just curious about the reasons. Especially if you think there is possibly anything that we could do...
They’re too glued to the network effect of the major platforms. I think it will take major censorship or other types of regulation that make centralized social media too restrictive or onerous to use to get people to come here. I do believe it will happen at some point though.
