@antifragilemoney the descriptor is not pages, it is one line holding the xpubs and the policy, so paper or steel takes it the same way a seed does. for the bonus, give out a seed and keep the descriptor separate. a seed alone does not reveal the wallet, since you need every xpub to build the addresses, so whoever holds it sees no balance and cannot spend by itself in a 2 of 3. the descriptor is the part that doxes the stack.
