@nprofile1q... oh you absolutely do, you just wouldn't think so given how little the people aspect gets the attention it deserves these days. We comply so we don't get sued, but a lot of companies seem to not realize, or forget, that people sue because they get stuck or can't complete an action. Make people happy, your chance at a lawsuit goes way down. Of course that leaves room for the ADA trolls but that's a different discussion
