I'm pretty good at using various wallets and watch most your work.
The Blockstream Jade had me so discouraged, that I just tossed it in the trash.
The first time I tried the jade I had a number of issues. The newer one has a better camera which solved a lot of issues, and the firmware updates have added a bunch of features which also helped.
