@The Bullish ₿itcoiner the clean path from 0.3.x is a full backup to an external drive, verify it opens, then fresh install 0.4 and restore rather than upgrading in place. budget an evening not an hour, and expect anything whose 0.4 package is not in the registry yet to simply not come back on the restore.
