I'm extremely skeptical of the narrative that Bitcoin will be some agent to agent payment panacea
agents can't kyc but their owners can and just give it their credit card and boom now it can buy any...
The cope is there because ppl think if agents start to use one currency then network effects sink in and we won't have another shot.
This is false FUD. It will be easy to switch once the current system is shaken.
Until then I also think all kinds of stable coins and whatnot will dominate this scene.
