@nprofile1q... You had asked me about HRT- interesting observation for me- I took both estrogen & progesterone. I had harsh hot flashes & odd sleep (restlessness & vivid, graphic nightmares & dreams). Stopped both. While on the progesterone my resting heart rate dropped 10BPM. Now that I'm off it, the heart rate is back up to the low 80s. 🙄 Rather uncomfortable.

I'm going to call the OBGYN & ask if I can get on the lowest level of progesterone. #perimenopause
