@nprofile1q... You had asked me about HRT- interesting observation for me- I took both estrogen & progesterone. I had harsh hot flashes & odd sleep (restlessness & vivid, graphic nightmares & dreams). Stopped both. While on the progesterone my resting heart rate dropped 10BPM. Now that I'm off it, the heart rate is back up to the low 80s. 🙄 Rather uncomfortable.

I'm going to call the OBGYN & ask if I can get on the lowest level of progesterone. #perimenopause

@nprofile1q... I found a place that will give me a discount on their machines and I was told they have a room of trade ones that they service before they sell. They also include free classes for how to use the machine, which will be good because the newer machines are fancy.
