I think some kind of huge news might come before midterms. Probably something to do with taxes, probably removing income tax entirely once and for all.

They need to restore work ethic and nationalism so they should have a face to ask people to build this country again. So it won’t happen with small things - it needs a huge event. Probably that thing might be removing taxes entirely, which will probably become the biggest event of the decade. And probably people will be rejuvenated to start working for a wage, start thinking about the future, and have some hope.
