Because a person is free to use bitcoin and the state cant stop it. That's how its freedom money. Spam doesnt change that at all.

It does when the chain becomes so bloated the average person can’t run a node without expensive hardware…

More nodes = safer Bitcoin
More spam and bloat = more difficulty to run a node

Decentralized nodes are what make Bitcoin separate from every other currency. Satoshi wrote about this ad nauseam in the forums…

More importantly blockstream and core was funded by Epstein for this very purpose (there is ample evidence in the files) - he funded it (and VC funds continue to fund it ) to attack the social vector and centralize nodes.

Cool story, but what does that have to do with your question or my answer to it? Does any of that change the permissionless nature of bitcoin? Does any of that stop a person from using their bitcoin? I dont run a node, but Im pretty fucking free to do what I want with my bitcoin.
