This nostr thing isn't really working too well. I get a notification, click on it, the post is gone. ( @niftynei() 🇺🇸💸🧡 it's yours)
Then it shows a ton of supposed replies that seem random posts and not replies. If they are replies, the spam problem is huge on here..

Step 1 would be to reduce the number of relays you're using, from 19 (?) to something like 3. See if that helps a bit.
