Wouldn't it be better to have it make a service to do this going forward? Isn't the data within and invoice realitively sensitive so you wouldn't really want to have an agent working on it all the time?

Yes, and anyone throwing invoices and receipts at an AI agent - even if you rolled it yourself - is asking for trouble in the form of third-party library scoops of tons of personal data you want to keep private. Not a good idea.
