It does use vegetable oils (not industrial oils) and PGPR is an emulsifier. And yeah, if it uses vanillin instead of vanilla then that is a lower quality ingredient. I generally avoid artificial flavors of any kind.

Not that I am going to rush out to buy and Cadburys soon. But we should at least look at the facts.
