Thanks for the advice! I'm pretty good on vitamins/minerals, specifically for a few months I tracked everything as part of my nutrition plan. I get most through foods/sun but also make adjustments with supplements when needed, like winter time, or change in foods for the week. I am due for another blood test soon, just been dragging my feet on a new primary for a while.

I have been thinking about nasal spray, or some sort of nasal cleaning stuff as I've heard the best results with that routine.
