If not, I wouldn't say the wig idea has to go. I have friends and acquaintances who wear cheap wigs without doing any hard maintenance to keep wearing them. They may not look as seamless as the more expensive ones, but they do the job. And they're fun! They're so happy in them as well. It just depends on what's most comfortable to you, look and maintenance-wise.
