I wouldnt base my view of an entire continent off some guy's X post. And if you are going to do that and/or spread information like this, at least give his story a quick Google to try and get a bit of a balanced view of whats going on. I'm not Belgian and don't know the guy, but simply reading literally the first hit that pops up when Googling his name, strongly suggests he may not be X-ing the full story.
