Plus being born outside the UK does not make someone a "foreigner". Roughly 68% of those foreign-born tenants hold a British passport.

Edit: "Welfare dependent" is also misleading, as a significant majority of these tenants are in work, yet still can't afford to live without assistance such as the housing element of Universal Credit. This isn't their fault.
