By the end of Trump’s first presidency, I had started leaning more towards him and genuinely wished for his victory. The Biden administration was what truly turned me into a stronger Trump supporter. When he survived the assassination attempt, stood back up, and shouted “fight, fight, fight,” that was the moment I gained real respect for the man.
He made many promises. I’m glad he actually released Ross Ulbricht. I was hopeful he would keep delivering. But then came that scene with Zelensky, despite his repeated pledge to end the Russia-Ukraine war on day one. The moment he gaslit everyone about the existence of the Epstein files was when I really lost a lot of respect for him. At least, I believed, he was still better than Obama and Clinton. I had been very hopeful about his understanding of the evil of the Islamic regime in Iran and what looked like a real intention to end it once and for all. But it seems he was more interested in just “managing” the disease than curing it. Despite all his claims and his criticisms of Obama, it appears he doesn’t fully acknowledge the true vileness of the IRGC regime. Unfortunately, sooner or later, he will learn it the hard way.
