I'm really interested in this question; I've been thinking about it since yesterday. To me, Bitcoin is a far-left philosophy for several reasons, particularly the desire to eliminate banks.
Its the wrong framing because you've, intentionally or not, made it a political question. I could believe in the right to abort, and be a bitcoiner. I can be a stringent christian and be a bitcoiner. Both of these options put me in what is currently viewed as a right or left camp. But I can't believe in centralisation and be a bitcoiner. I could be a fascist (right wing) or a communist (left wing), but then i couldnt still support bitcoin.
