I don’t understand why Liquid gets so much hate. It’s a solid and reliable technology built to work natively with bitcoin. It’s not something to put your life savings into, but it gives bitcoin extra functionality and speed, and there’s a new scripting language called Simplicity that is designed to fix all the problems introduced by EVM.
