I think things like this are a much better product market fit than the stores I have done.
There are so many limitations by making everything immutable and in the link. I think nostr based stores are a very powerful idea and in reality the censorship resistance of distributed relays are plenty and there is no need to go as far as I did and put it all in the link.
By the end I was contemplating just dropping the store from nowhere and instead making a more standard nostr store separately.
