So much time in my life wasted on nothing

Today, for the first time, no phone in the bathtub. 🙈
Just lying there, relaxed, doing nothing.
My concentration is getting better, my memory is coming back,
and suddenly I feel better.

Shit 🤦🏽‍♀️ , how addicted I actually was and how much it affected me.
