Fedora Workstation is excellent, have used it for years and have now switched to Silverblue. (really don't know why many claim it is somehow difficult)
Whatever you choose, don't get hung up on finding a desktop environment that looks just like Windows, am sure you are intelligent enough to handle few differences.
