I would say vendor acceptance and compelling business case for keeping all assets in bitcoin, only cashing to Fiat when needing to buy specific items. Volatility keeps the noobs from seeing a reason to go for bitcoin Standard, even though most of the tools are in place.

Pain point is that you think other bitcoiners understand why inequality is the way it is but they don't. Minorities, immigrants, the poor, are not the reason why you get paid less, don't own assets, and have a lower standard of living. It's those close to the money and power spigot that are to blame...
