They change the measuring stick as often as the USA Federal Reserve changes how they measure inflation…. It just sounds bad bad bad no matter what - I mean sure it is likely to bounce back the opposite way…but what happens when it doesn’t (ie it hits the suddenly phase, or the phase change state) ??
