Sure, but at the point anyone wants to form a Union you as the leader have already failed, so I don't see how it would get in the way of things.

If your employees even want to go through the hassle of forming one then you have to have fucked up huge already as people obviously feel like they can't get their things sorted out or getting heard otherwise.

That said I feel like it is underlining the importance of unions really
