Born from the belief that no community should be left behind in the Bitcoin era, Beyond Adversity Academy is bridging the financial literacy gap for youth and children in rural Kenya; through bootcamps, cohorts, a podcast, and a whole lot of heart.
Founder Alfonce , Suleiman, and Phelix have already reached 40+ youth through in-person cohorts and engaged 129 kids through Bitcoin bootcamps held during school holidays, and they are just getting started.
As Alfonce put it: "Everything I do, my heart is really there with the community."
