A huge thank you to the Human Rights Foundation @HRF for supporting My First Bitcoin now for the third time. 🧡
With HRF’s support, we can expand our mission by helping more independent educators bring free, open-source Bitcoin education to their own communities.
But support also comes with a responsibility to show what it actually makes possible. Through our quarterly Impact Reports and four "Bigger Than Bitcoin" documentaries we’re working to make that impact of decentralized education visible.

Why does that matter?
Because education should empower people to think for themselves — not serve the interests of whoever pays for it. We teach people how to think, not what to think.

Yesterday, My First Bitcoin team attended one of the @BitcoinIndo21 community meetup.
Everyone shared their Bitcoin story, and each story was rooted in something different: a personal story, a local need, a moment of realizing money did not have to work the way they had always been told.

It gave us greater freedom. More confidence in our own decisions. And the ability to imagine a different future.
But that opportunity shouldn't depend on where you were born, who you know, or whether someone in your community happens to understand Bitcoin.
That’s why we empower educators around the world with free, open-source Bitcoin education — giving them the tools and resources to teach within their own communities.
