My second attempt at making homemade jam (marmalade). Gotta say, this one looks a lot better than my previous one, which was watery and not very sticky. At least this one is. I think it's because I added more sugar this time?
And I don't know why but while this was simmering, the smell was that of bacon. But it does not taste like that at all. so... idk wtf it smelled like bacon ๐
