The Montana state legislature voted to ban TikTok in the state. The bill would prevent a company from allowing people in Montana to download the app.

Many other states (first was Arkansas) are also requiring extensive KYC + parental permission for kids (<18) who want Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. YouTube, truth social, and any other app are exempt
