This is so cool. I love how you have all the little problems and things to figure out, it'll make you a much better sewist because you're not just following a guide you're improvising and problem solving which gives you a really deep understanding of the process. When you get the hang of things it just clicks beautifully and the possibilities of what you can do are endless! Make sure to stick with it as well.

I haven't sewn in a while but I've decided I'm make advent calendars and stockings for myself and my girlfriend this year in the style of one of her favourite designers.
