My issues are all related to bloating, mind fog, feeling drained of energy, catching cold or falling sick very easily and all the symptoms of ADHD. I usually don't have energy to workout the way I want. I was eating outside often so even eating "healthy" or "balanced" doesn't work, because of course restaurants just love to poison you. I'm gonna remove everything except meat and some veggies from my diet and slowly reintroduce some stuff to see what causes me the most amount of issues.
