Please, can someone explain to me how these two things can be logically compatible:
- the uncap (100kb) of op_return “doesn’t really matter”, and its value could basically just be decided by ...
it's like tossing a dice, but you have to toss it until it's 100kb or more ok? you ppl are not technical enough.
