Week 4 of our Bitcoin Tanzania Developer Program, built on the Btrust Builders Education Pathways, is officially in progress, and we are excited to continue our learning journey together. Each week of this program is designed to strengthen technical understanding and practical skills for anyone interested in building within the Bitcoin ecosystem.

Tonight, we will be covering Chapter 8 of the curriculum: Digital Signatures. This is a fundamental topic in Bitcoin development, as digital signatures play a critical role in securing transactions, verifying ownership, and maintaining trust in a decentralized system. Due to the importance and technical depth of this chapter, it will be taught over two days — Wednesday and Thursday — allowing participants enough time to fully grasp both the theory and real-world applications.
