@Sophia Tolstaya my old church did but the one we're attending now does fellowship before services. The kids do Sunday school and the adults just kind of sit around and chat and then do a little prayer session. We do an evening service too but it's really more a Bible study than fellowship. On months with a 5th Sunday we do a fellowship lunch after the service.
