Just a little ad on, even on a 12word seed it's reccomended to make more role then 50
50 is the bare minimum to theoretically achieve 128bits of entropy (what a 12word seed phrase has) but 99 would still be ideal
Mainly because you probably don't have a 100% perfectly balanced diece, so it's actual entropy is reduced
Also you can improve on that problem and make the process faster if you use multiple dice, but you have to ensure you do not "pic" the order of the die every time, so for example if you have different colors you can use always the same order (not picking each time the order you like), or "always from left to right", from close to far etcetera
