@nprofile1q... I think the problem is that renewables can't be relied upon to be there when needed, so we need gas to be. If gas generation has to compete fairly, companies will fail, so availability of generating capacity from fossil fuels needs to be rewarded, even though we really don't ever want to call on it. It's like a second car in many families. Market changes are always fraught. They may over-simplify for a fast result.
